Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully prior booking an appointment (anything you’re not sure, don’t hesitate to message us for clear explaination.

By booking your appointment, you are agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:

• RESERVATION FEE: A NON-REFUNDABLE $100 booking fee is required to secure your initial appointment. This amount will be deducted in your total. If you cancel your appointment, it will result in forfeit your booking fee. If you've already made it to your appointment and decide to not go ahead with our service at the spot, your booking fee is also forfeited.

• CLIENT CONSULTATION is required prior to the procedure. We can do that in person at our salon or via an online form which will be sent automatically to clients once they click-on booking link from PMU service.

• RESCHEDULING: I understand things come up. Any rescheduling must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to your appointment. Please note, if you reschedule without at least 48 hours notification, your booking fee will be forfeited.
  NO SHOWS will automatically forfeit their booking fee.

• CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 3 days (72 hours) prior the appointment. Cancellations will result in your booking fee be forfeited regardless of any circumstances.

• ARRIVE ON TIME: Please allow extra time for traffic and finding the location to avoid the late arrival.

• PHOTOS/VIDEOS: Photos & Videos will be taken for marketing & advertising purposes. You can also choose to show off your face or covering your face to show eyebrows only. Photos and videos are also be uploaded on our social media such as Facebook, IG or website, etc…

• NO GUEST, KIDS or PETS are allowed at the appointment.
